No, you don’t have to! You have to give us a delivery address and a phone number so we can contact you when we deliver your items. So, you might actually want to consider registering but that’s up to you!
What should I do if I want to change my order after I’ve made it?
Contact us! It would be best if you contact us via email or the contact form found here. Please make sure you quote the order number when stating your requirement.
What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?
We suggest you first check with the page with your own info – if you’re registered. If you are not satisfied with the result, contact us. We will investigate and report. Just quote the order ID and email address.
How can I pay for my order?
You can use PayPal with or without an account there or make a TransferWise paying.
Why does the colour of my product differ from the previous one?
What we do is all natural. We use cold pressed and essential oils, flower waters and different kinds of butter. The colour of the finished product depends on the colour of the raw materials which might differ from one batch to another.
