Protection of personal data


From May 25, 2018. a new Data Protection Protection Regulation adopted by the European Union enters into force. The Regulation aims to ensure the protection of data of individuals from all EU Member States and to harmonize the regulations for their processing. As an administrator of personal data, Artworks EOOD meets all the requirements of the new regulation by collecting only data required to perform the services offered on www.handmaids.com and keep them responsibly and legally.

 

 

Reason for collecting, processing and storing your personal data


By filling out the order or registration form, you agree that Art Works Ltd. will process your personal data for the execution of the order, including direct contact with you in case of questions regarding the order or delivery, and to improve the service of www.handmaids.com. Your data will not be edited, provided in any form by third parties, or used for purposes other than those described without your express prior permission except where required by law.

 

Goals and principles of collecting, processing and storing your personal data


Art Works Ltd. collects and processes the personal data you provide to us in connection with the provision of our services, including for the following purposes:

  • creating an account and providing full functionality in providing our services
  • registration of a participant in an event organized by us;
  • accounting purposes;
  • statistical purposes;
  • protection of information security;
  • provision of the relevant service;
  • sending information messages, service change announcements, recommendations to improve website usage, news, promotions, sales, and more.

  • fulfilling its obligations to the National Revenue Agency, the Ministry of Interior and other state and municipal authorities.

 

What kind of personal data collects, processes and stores Art Works Ltd.

Art Works Ltd. performs the following personal data operations for the following purposes. To receive and execute your order, we need to get the following information for you:

  • name and surname;
  • e-mail;
  • contact phone;
  • exact delivery address
  • billing address.


Art Works Ltd. processes your personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act and takes the necessary measures for their protection. Your personal data will only be used to provide the service you require. Send newsletter (newsletter) - the purpose of this operation is to administer the bulletin sending process to clients who have declared they wish to receive. Users subscribed to our newsletter may terminate their subscription at any time by pressing the "unsubscribe from this list" button and following the instructions below. Artworks Ltd. processes the following categories of personal data and information for the following purposes and for the following reasons:

 

  • Data: Your individual details (name and surname, e-mail, contact phone, and exact address)
    • Purposes for which data is collected: 1) User registration; 2) Making a contact with and sending items to the user, including when expressing the desire to send newsletters and advertising messages;
    • Reason for processing your personal data - By accepting the general terms and conditions and registering on the website and purchasing a service between you and Art Works Ltd., a contractual relationship is created, on which basis we process your personal data - art. 6, para. 1, b. (b) GDPR.
  • Additional data provided by you - If you wish to add your account, you can fill in the birthday data.
    • Goals for which data is collected: Adding user information to his / her user account.
    • Grounds for processing the data: - By accepting the general conditions and registration on the website and purchasing a service between you and Art Works Ltd., a contractual relationship is created, on which basis we process your personal data - art. 6, para. 1, b. (b) GDPR.
  • Other data that Artworks Elaborates - When entering our website or your account, Art Works collects data about the IP address used.

    • Purposes for which data is collected: Improving service security and interface localization, statistical and marketing research.

    • Grounds for data processing: Processing is necessary to fulfil a contract to which the data subject is a party - Art. 6, para. 1, b. (b) of the GDPR. Until the creation of a user profile, the IP address is collected on the basis of the legitimate interests of the controller - Art. 6, para. 1, b. (f) by GDPR;

  • Your Personal Invoice Data - If you would like an invoice to be issued to you as an individual, you should provide your personal identification number. 
    • Purposes for which data is collected: Issuing an invoice for making payments for the services provided to handmaids.eu and our e-shop.
    • Reason for processing your personal data - By accepting the general conditions and registration of the website, or upon entering into a contract, a contractual relationship is created between you and Art Works Ltd., on which basis we process your personal data - art. 6, para. 1, b. (b) GDPR.

 

Art Works Ltd. does not collect or process personal data that relate to the following:

  • reveal racial or ethnic origin;
  • reveal political, religious or philosophical beliefs or membership of trade unions;
  • genetic and biometric data, health data, or data on sexual life or sexual orientation.

The company does not make automated decision making with data.

 

Terms of storage of your personal data
Artworks Ltd. keeps your personal data for no longer than the duration of your website profile. Upon expiry of this period, Artworks Ltd will take the necessary care to erase and destroy all your data without undue delay. Art Works Ltd. will notify you in case the data retention period is to be extended in order to meet the goals, the performance of a contract, in view of the legitimate interests of Artworks Ltd. or otherwise. Artworks EOOD keeps the personal data that it is required to keep under the applicable legislation for the relevant term, which may exceed the term of existence of your registrars.
 
 
Transmitting your personal data for processing
Art Works Ltd. may, at its own discretion, transmit all or part of your personal data to processors for the purposes of processing, subject to the requirements of Regulation (EC) 2016/679. Art Works Ltd. will notify you if you intend to submit part or all of your personal data to third countries or international organizations.

Withdrawal of consent to process your personal data


If you do not wish all or any of your personal data to continue to be processed by Artworks Ltd for any or all processing purposes, you may at any time withdraw your consent to processing by filling in the form in your account or by requesting You may request that you certify your identity and identity with the person to whom the data relate. Right of access

You may correct or fill in the inaccurate or incomplete personal data relating to you directly through your website profile or by requesting to Artworks Ltd.

 

The Right of deletion ("to be forgotten")
 
You have the right to request from Art Works Ltd. the deletion of your personal data, and Art Works Ltd. has the obligation to delete them without undue delay if any of the following reasons exist:

  • personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
    You withdraw your consent on which the processing of the data is based and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
  • You object to the processing of your related personal data, including for the purposes of direct marketing, and there are no legitimate grounds for the processing that will take precedence;
  • personal data has been tampered with;
  • personal data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation under EU law or the law of a Member State that applies to Artworks EOOD;
  • personal data have been collected in connection with the provision of information society services.
     

Art Works Ltd. is not obliged to delete personal data if it stores and processes it:

  • for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and the right to information;
  • to comply with a legal obligation that requires treatment provided for under EU law or the law of the Member State that applies to the Administrator or for the performance of a task of public interest or the exercise of the official authority conferred on him;
  • for reasons of public interest in the field of public health;
  • for purposes of archiving in the public interest, for scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes;
  • for the establishment, exercise or protection of legal claims.
     

In order to exercise your right to "forget", you should submit a request through the option in your profile or a written request sent to Art Works Ltd. as well as to certify your identity and identity with the data subject to the Artworks Ltd by presenting your identity card for identification purposes and, if necessary, entering your login data in the account of the person to whom the data related to an employee of ArtWorks Ltd. Art Works Ltd. does not delete the data that has a legal obligation to store, to defend against claims brought against him or to prove his rights.

 

Right of limitation
You have the right to request from Art Works Ltd to limit the processing of your related data when:

  • You contest the accuracy of personal data for a period that allows Artworks Ltd to verify the accuracy of personal data;
  • processing is illegal, but you do not want your personal data to be erased, but only to limit their use;
  • Artworks Ltd. no longer requires personal data for the purposes of processing, but you require them to establish, exercise or protect your legal claims;
  • You have objected to the processing pending verification that the legal grounds of Artworks EOOD have an advantage over your interests.
     

Right of portability

You may at any time view the data stored and processed for you in connection with the use of handmaids.eu services directly through your account or by e-mail request. You may request from Art Works directly to transfer your personal data to an administrator you provide when it is technically feasible.


 
Right to receive information
You may request from Art Works Ltd. to inform you of all recipients to whom your personal data for which the correction, deletion or limitation of the processing was requested has been disclosed. Art Works Ltd. may refuse to provide this information if this is impossible or requires a disproportionate effort.

 

Right of objection
You may at any time object to the processing of personal data by Artworks EOOD that apply to you, including whether processed for profiling or direct marketing purposes.


 
Your rights to violate the security of your personal information
If Artworks Ltd. detects a privacy breach that may pose a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we notify you without undue delay of the violation and of the measures that have been or are being taken. Art Works Ltd. is not obliged to notify you if:

  • has taken appropriate technical and organizational safeguards in respect of the data affected by the security breach;
  • has subsequently taken measures to ensure that the violation will not lead to a high risk for your rights;
  • notification would require disproportionate efforts.

 

Individuals to whom your personal information is provided

Artworks Ltd. does not transfer your data to third parties unless this is required by law.
