Why does the colour of my product differ from the previous one?

What we do is all natural. We use cold pressed base and essential oils, flower waters and different kinds of vegetable butter. The colour of the finished product depends on the colour of the raw materials which might differ from one batch to another.

How can I pay for my order?

There are many ways to pay for your order. We accept bank, PayPal and ePay transfers. If located in Bulgaria you can pay with cash on delivery too.

I haven't received my order yet. What should I do?

We suggest you check with us and see what is happening. We will investigate and report. Just quote the order ID, a phone where we can reach you and an email address.

What should I do if I want to change my order after I’ve made it?

Contact us! It would be best if you contact us via email or the contact form. Please make sure you quote the order number when stating your request.

Do I have to register to make an order?

No, you don’t have to! You have to give us a delivery address and a phone number so we can contact you when we deliver your items. So, you might actually want to consider registering but that’s up to you!
